Order Processing
Nightcraft Audio processes and ships orders on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next applicable business day.
Production and Shipping
- All products are handcrafted and made to order. Each order requires approximately 7–10 business days for production, quality inspection, and packaging prior to shipment.
- International orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipment, Nightcraft Audio will provide a shipping confirmation email containing applicable tracking information. Tracking availability and updates are subject to the courier’s systems. For custom or special orders, customers are advised to contact Nightcraft Audio directly for status inquiries.
International Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of these charges must be made directly to the carrier or relevant authorities in accordance with local regulations.
Limitation of Responsibility
Nightcraft Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier service disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
