All Nightcraft Audio cables are protected by a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, valid through our website or authorized dealers.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Defects in parts or materials

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or part replacements

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

If your claim is approved within the warranty period, Nightcraft Audio will repair or replace the product at no charge. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Nightcraft Audio.

After the warranty period, we offer repairs at a service cost determined by the required parts and materials.

Replacement Terms

Any replacement product or repaired part will carry the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.
