Nightcraft Audio Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Nightcraft Audio does not ship on weekends or major public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Orders

1. Each order requires 7–10 business days to be carefully handcrafted, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

2. DHL Express Shipping is used on all International orders, with delivery in approximately 3–7 business days once shipped.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking is available through our courier partners’ systems. For custom or special orders, please reach out to us directly for assistance.
